DELIVERY LEAD TIME


Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours. In most cases smaller items such as Sticks, Shoes, Accessories and some Small Bags can be received within 48 hours. All other orders range between 3-6 business days. 


Orders are sent by either Australian Air Express or Star Track Express


A connote tracking number is provided the same afternoon your order is sent. Your order can be tracked online after you receive your connote number.


If for some reason it is going to be any longer we will contact you via email or phone to let you know. 


PLEASE NOTE - For Orders under 5kgs we can now deliver to PO Boxes.

An Airway Tracking Number is provided the same afternoon your order is sent. Your order can be tracked online after you receive your connote number.

Please note that our currency converter is only an approximation and the actual money debited from your account will depend on the exchange rate of your bank on the day its processed.

RETURNS

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of delivery to receive a store credit for the value of the purchase price. This credit then can be used to purchase any product for that value. Should you wish to get a product of more value you can pay the difference between your credit and the new purchase price. 

The product must be returned complete and in its original condition to receive an exchange. In some circumstance we do offer a cash refund.
